Colin is an engineering graduate from St Edmund Hall, Oxford. He started his career at EY where he spent 10 years providing a range of consulting and advisory services to his clients and since then has built up over 20 years of senior leadership experience in human capital.

​After advising Imprint plc on its IPO, Colin joined its board as CFO in 2004 and oversaw its growth from a £0.3m profit business to a 500-person group with turnover of £90m and profits of £12m, before its sale in 2008.

In 2010, Colin co-founded The FISER Group and has been instrumental in its growth over the past 16 years as a financial services specialist covering consultancy, executive search and contingent recruitment solutions.

Colin is an active day to day partner within IBAM Consulting and enjoys providing excellent service levels to our clients.

Michael is a seasoned financial services leader with over 20 years of experience delivering complex business change and consultancy engagements. He brings deep expertise across buy-side transformation, with a strong focus on technology strategy and implementation across the UK and European asset management landscape.

He has led and overseen numerous large-scale change initiatives, including IT transformation and staff augmentation programmes, supporting organisations in navigating operational complexity and driving sustainable growth. Michael is a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, known for shaping effective change strategies, governance structures, and best-in-class operating models.

Prior to joining IBAM, Michael held a senior leadership role at a European business transformation and technology consultancy, where he was responsible for building and leading the firm’s asset management change and technology delivery capability.

Jonathan Is a partner at IBAM Consulting, having joined the firm in 2018. He has an extensive track record spanning over thirty years, working predominantly for major global investment and corporate banks, brokerage firms, exchanges and trading platforms.

He has completed a wide range of risk management , finance, governance and regulatory focused change and transformation programmes. These range in size from individual Subject Matter Experts, typically Program Managers, to oversee existing work streams, up to teams of 20+ consultants deployed for large, often multi location projects, in UK, Europe and United States. These projects are delivered via our Master
Services Agreements and documented via associated task or work orders.

Jonathan offers clients bespoke pricing and delivery models, costed on both a Fixed Fee or Time
and Materials basis, depending on the scale of assignment, total value and complexity.

Mike is a Financial Services transformation specialist with over 15 years’ experience supporting organisations across the UK and Europe. He works with Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, Private Banks and Asset Owners to deliver complex business, data and technology change initiatives.

He focuses on helping financial institutions navigate large-scale transformation, providing advisory, project execution and data services that support platform modernisation, data capability development and operating model change.

Prior to his current role, Mike led the Asset Management practice at a specialist change and transformation consultancy, where he built and led the division supporting investment management clients across strategic business and technology programmes.

Earlier in his career, Mike served in the Royal Marines, where he developed the leadership and resilience that continue to shape his professional approach today.

Jamie has a decade of experience recruiting senior change and transformation professionals across investment and wealth management. He has worked with both global investment managers and boutique fund managers to build high performing teams, focused on project delivery and business wide transformation.

Projects delivered include investment systems implementations, operational outsourcing, in-house technology builds, regulatory change management and operating model design. Jamie excels in building client relationships, understanding struggles, then creating client solutions to enable successful delivery.
