Francesca has over 20 years' human capital management experience in the banking and financial services industry, specialising in regulatory, operational excellence, risk change management and transformation.
Prior to joining IBAM, Francesca framed her career in the recruitment sector and has built an enviable reputation, through her extensive knowledge of her sector and outstanding quality of service.
Francesca has a specific focus on developing IBAM’s client experience and overall project delivery.
Jonathan has over of 26 years’ experience serving a wide array of banks, buy side firms and consultancies located in UK, Europe and increasingly United States.
Functionally he has covered most areas across oversight and control including risk, compliance, financial management and regulatory reporting. Additionally he has helped firms build new front office platforms within most asset classes.
Jonathan also has expertise working with clients in an advisory capacity and the scope of this is varied. Recent projects have covered near and offshore planning and assisting clients in securing strategic and joint venture partnerships.
Michael has over a decade of experience in financial services business change and consultancy, with specific exposure to buy side change and technology requirements across the UK and Europe.
He has been responsible for oversight of numerous change and IT staff augmentation programmes and has extensive experience advising C Suite asset management leaders in best practice and change structure.
Prior to joining IBAM, Michael worked for a European business transformation and technology change consultancy, responsible for their asset management change and technology delivery capability.
Nick is a mathematics graduate from The Open University with 10 years’ experience working in human capital. Prior to this, Nick held project management positions in transaction banking and worked closely on the RBS & ABN AMRO acquisition along with some divestment initiatives.
Nicks’ experience covers capital markets and wider financial services where he has worked on large scale regulatory & technology change programmes acting in both advisory and oversight capacity.
Prior to joining IBAM, Nick worked for a small niche consultancy where he was responsible for origination and was engaged on some large, complex change programmes across UK & Europe.

Colin is an engineering graduate from St Edmund Hall, Oxford with over 14 years of senior leadership experience in human capital.
After advising the recruitment group Imprint on its IPO, Colin joined its board as CFO in 2004 and oversaw its growth from a £0.3m profit business to a 500-person group with turnover of £90m and profits of £12m, before its sale in 2008.
In 2010, Colin co-founded The FISER Group and has been instrumental in its growth over the past 10 years as a financial services specialist covering executive search, consultancy and contingent recruitment solutions.
