Timesheet Portal
If you are a UK contractor payrolled by IBAM, you will need to submit online timesheets using our timesheet portal. Please do not use this portal if you are working at a client who requires you to complete your timesheet using their online timesheet system – your Consultant can advise if you are unsure. If you are a PAYE worker engaged by IBAM and have chosen to accrue holiday pay you can view and request holiday pay via the timesheet portal. You will be sent a login to this even if you are submitting your timesheets via on a client portal.

Invoices
If you provide your services through a personal service company or other intermediary, including an umbrella company, then we will create self-bill VAT invoices for each payment and send them to your company email address.

We ask all of our limited company contractors to have adequate professional indemnity, public liability & employers’ liability insurance in place at all times.

This means you only need one policy to cover your main exposures and meet your contractual obligations.
