Flexible Consulting as a Service (FCaaS):

Purpose built for scaling resources, our IBAM for Scale model provides a blended onsite recruitment services provider (RSP) model,  overseen by an onsite PMO from IBAM and supported by an established offsite service offering.

Through our Managed Talent as a Service solution (MTAAS), IBAM manages the sourcing, engagement and administration of temporary and contract workers, often working closely with procurement and HR. We provide governance, visibility and reporting while improving hiring speed, compliance and overall efficiency.
