A complex international programme of change involving multiple jurisdictions and teams, delivered through IBAM's Project Resourcing solution.
IBAM Consulting were approach by a leading international bank to provide resource to supplement their central change team, which grew into a bank-wide team of 20 across multiple workstreams.
This included resource in Frankfurt, to supplement a workstream where they needed a local SME with delivery experience in a key area.
Working alongside the Senior Programme Manager and senior stakeholders on a regular basis, the initial scope of the project grew to 20 heads, all with SME delivery change capability.
By tapping into our extensive network of consultants, we were able to provide a wide variety of niche skill sets Booking Models, Legal, Transaction Banking, Compliance, DATA, Project Management/PMO/Business Analysts.
IBAM also undertook a number of roles on a search basis. This included resource in Frankfurt to supplement a workstream where they needed a local SME with delivery experience in a key area.
The project was successfully implemented using our Project Resourcing solution. This delivers flexible access to expert skills as and when needed, offering rapid deployment time and a better price point than traditional consultancy models.
This provided our client with a 'ramp up / ramp down' service, with some staff returning after specific phases, and allowed for part time resource allocation in certain streams, before implementing full time hours, to ensure budget targets were met.
Where possible we moved teams of people whom had worked together previously to deliver change and successfully managed to rotate some of the key talent across work streams.
Following the successful completion of the initial programme of change, a number of consultants were retained permanently for a small conversion fee.
