Teams as a Service
Time critical project for an e-payments FinTech client, delivered through IBAM's Teams as a Service solution.
IBAM Consulting were approach by an established e-payments provider to provide a team of three highly specialist consultants to work on a PSD2 Opening Banking RTS Regulatory project, at short notice, in a time critical situation.
IBAM were able to provide this team within 4 working days of instruction on the project, successfully meeting the clients' rigid time constraints.
The team would need to implement a new fraud system in conjunction with the enhancement of strong customer authentication through the use of mobile biometrics. It was also essential to provide a gap analysis of the current operating model and drive fraud customer journeys through the relevant fraud tools and external vendor management.
Teams as a Service
To ensure rapid deployment, IBAM implemented their Teams as a Service model, harnessing pre-formed teams of SMEs to drive project outcomes. This approach offered minimal impact to BAU operations, with knowledge transfer and team upskilling inbuilt by default.

Over the course of the project the team gained a strong understanding of internal and external threats, and developments in fraud detection methodologies and technologies. This enabled them to respond to new challenges and drive change further when required.
